It features a Cadena with the Mediterranean Sea and "Hermes 2003" engraved on it.  The leather can be worn as a choker necklace or wrapped around twice as a bracelet. Overall: 7.5 of 10 Great pre owned condition with some signs of use. The hardware is nice and shiny with some very faint surface scratches. The leather has some light scuffs and fraying.
