Establishing a fmasarovic B2B account
We welcome company or individuals who are in business with merchandize sold in our store and are interested in buying on regular basis in large quantity. We provide special wholesale price on all merchandize in our store to qualified customers. To place an order, please contact us through contact form with a proposal where we can see your ability to sell. Once your application has been accepted you will be provided with B2B account login, which will allow you to shop for wholesale prices. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Minimum Order Size
We don’t have minimum order at this stage however your account is judged by your volume and regularity of purchase and can be revoked if your account will be not active.
For each applicant, we require disclosure of company whose name will appear on the fmasarovic product and how product will be sold. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Product Selection & Availability
All products shown in this catalog are available for B2B purchase. However, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
For our B2B customers we prefer wire transfer as it helps us to keep the prices low without additional fees. However if requested we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal.
Our standard shipping method is EMS. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order invoice if your order is less than $2000USD. Anything above this amount has postage included in the total amount.
If you prefer to use your account with another carrier you have contract with we would be happy to use your preferred option for shipping.
All returns are accepted as per our return policy. Please contact us within 5 days after you receive your item and let us know your reason. We will gladly accept returns and will issue a refund or credit after the item is returned to us within two weeks of purchase and in the same condition as it was received. No returns are accepted past 30 days from date of invoice.
