Vernis leather: Some signs of use (gentle surface scratches). The leather is a slightly sticky. Few black scuffs marks along the sides of the bag and few tiny dark dotshere and there. Some white spots from the vernis leather peeling off on the folds at the sides of the bag.

Cowhide leather: Deeper patina/color, scratches, scuffs, lines and water stains.

Shape: Keeps its shape but has signs of use (gentle crease lines). Soft material that does not stand on its own.

Edges: Light signs of use (gentle scuffs).

Hardware: Signs of use. The gold-tone is a deeper shade with some gold coating wearing off a bit.
