Outside: Some signs of use.

Inside: Some visible signs of use. The inside of the large slip pocket has some visible red, brown, black tiny dots and spots. The main compartment looks great.

Canvas: Light signs of use. Few very faint grey scuffs and surface scratches, only visible when examined under a light.

Cowhide leather: Deeper patina/color with a vintage feel, scratches, scuffs, lines, and water stains. The support leather have some surface cracks. The handles have softened and stretched a bit from use. The leather holding the handle rings have some gentle tears and may eventually need to be repaired.

Shape: Keeps its shape well.

Edges: Light signs of use (gentle scuffs).

Hardware: Signs of use. Deeper shade, gold coating wearing off, and green marks around edges from aging brass.

Smell: Closet smell. If you are very sensitive to smells please keep this in mind before you decide to purchase this pre-owned product.
